Viewing existing data, leaving a list and deleting your account remain possible after your access expires.

Two separate allowances

Quick typed adds confirmed with 👍 don't use your WhatsApp reply allowance. When the reply allowance runs out, WhatsApp actions covered by that owner pause, including quick adds, until the first of the month (UK time).

Chat and Telegram don't use the WhatsApp reply allowance, but their AI features use the separate AI allowance. AI used on shared lists counts against the list owners' allowances. Full allowance details.

Choose where you subscribe

Browser subscriptions use Stripe. Subscriptions bought inside the native Android app use Google Play; its checkout shows the price and terms before purchase. Your entitlement belongs to your account.

Manage renewal where you paid

For a Stripe subscription, open Billing in the web app and use Manage subscription. For a Google Play subscription, use the management action in Android Profile or Google Play's subscriptions screen.

Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Your current paid access continues to its expiry. Statutory cancellation and refund rights are separate from stopping renewal; contact us about those rights or a payment problem.
